Artistic development of Franco Battiato as a painter

Franco Battiato began to paint around 1990.

Since 1993 up to now, Franco Battiato has produced about eighty works, on canvas and golden panels, that he showed in many exhibitions in Rome, Catania, Stockholm, Miami, Florence and Goteborg.

Prevalently, the techniques he used are oil-colours and pigments.

Battiato pictorial activity is also documented by Fleurs, Ferro Battuto and Gilgamesh cd covers and booklets.
